We offer pick up from our factory in Pakenham and ship our products Australia wide. Our products are shipped with general freight carriers.
Our products are shipped through Couriers and Australia Post. Couriers can not ship to PO Boxes.
Depending on the size of your order, it may need to be transported on a pallet. Most of our tiered benches, larger flat benches and houses will need to be sent on a pallet. Our flat pack stands, smaller benches, foil mats and heating pads will be sent in a carton, post bag or wrapped as a pack. These products are sent with Authority to Leave.
Freight options for larger orders that require a pallet include:
-forklift unload at your address if there is a forklift available
-tailgate delivery to your address (customer will need to be home to accept delivery)
-nearby freight depot for collection
Delivery costs vary due to the many different sizes of our products and customers location. Our website will generate an estimated price. This is an estimate only and we will contact you if the freight price varies from the estimated price. Please ensure that you select the correct delivery location when checking out.
When purchasing multiple products of various sizes and larger products, we will need to manually work out the freight cost. Please contact us for a quote.
We are open Monday - Friday and will process shipping during those times. Deliveries usually take 2 - 15 days depending on where you are located. Please allow extra time for delivery during public holidays and Christmas.
Order Processing Time:
Most of our products are made to order. Please allow 2 weeks manufacturing time for some products.
If the product is in stock, we will aim to ship within 1-2 days.
Please let us know if you require your order by a certain date and we will try our best to accommodate.
If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied, you may return the items to us, within seven (7) days for exchange or refund. All shipping back to Adloheat is paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund your shipping fees and will not be held responsible for items lost in transit.
If any product returned to us as faulty is found not to be defective the customer will not be refunded and the item/s will be returned to at the customers expense. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customers expense.
If you are returning items for exchange please be aware that a second postal charge may apply.
